SERVICES
I offer CBT-informed virtual therapy for adolescents and adults across
New York State.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to understand patterns that feel stuck and to build practical tools for change. My work is CBT-informed, meaning sessions are collaborative, structured, and focused on helping you develop skills you can use in everyday life.

Depression
Depression often involves low mood, loss of motivation, fatigue, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Therapy focuses on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building routines, coping skills, and momentum toward feeling more engaged in life.

Anxiety
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, inability to sleep, physical tension, or a sense of being on edge. In therapy, we work to identify anxious thought patterns, understand triggers, and develop strategies to reduce feeling at uncomfortable and worried and increase a sense of control and confidence.

Life Transitions
Life transitions—such as going to college, starting a job, getting married, becoming a parent or empty nester—can be destabilizing even when they are expected or desired. Therapy provides a space to process emotions, adjust expectations, and develop tools to navigate change with greater clarity and resilience.
Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a confidential, therapist-led space to connect with others, reduce isolation, and develop coping strategies using evidence-based approaches. Groups offer support, insight, and shared understanding in a structured and compassionate environment.
