Fees & Insurance
My fee is $250 per individual therapy session.
I am an out-of-network, private-pay provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans. For clients who wish to use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.
Working outside of insurance allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and a more individualized approach to care.
Session Fees

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
Out-of-Network Benefits
While I do not participate directly with insurance plans, many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement.
I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Depending on your plan, a portion of your session fee may be reimbursed.
