I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans.
Fees
Session fees vary depending on the type and length of service. Please contact me to discuss my current fee schedule and availability. A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation is available to help determine fit and answer initial questions.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA accounts.
Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance plans.
Many clients use out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement for therapy. You pay for sessions at the time of service, submit a superbill to your insurance company, and receive reimbursement based on your plan. This structure allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and focus in treatment.
Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider
Before starting therapy, you may want to ask your insurance company:

Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much has been met?

What is my reimbursement rate per session?

Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
I provide a Good Faith Estimate at the outset of therapy, as required for clients who are not using insurance.
