Beyond the Therapy Room
Over time, I found myself creating worksheets to help clients slow down, sort through what they were thinking and feeling, and better understand what they were experiencing.
A Grounded Life grew from that work. It’s a collection of printable worksheets and guided workbooks for overthinking, pressure, perfectionism, self-doubt, overwhelm, feeling stuck, and low motivation.
I wanted to make those kinds of tools available to people outside my practice too, in a way that feels approachable, supportive, and easy to use on your own.
These tools are meant to help you step back, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to move forward in a more intentional way.
