Hi there, I'm Dr. Dahan-Kramarz. I'm a clinical psychologist who specializes in anxiety. My approach integrates psychodynamic, family systems, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). What that means is that I like to work with you to figure out how your issues came about, how they affect you now, and how we can work together to solve them.
My goal is to make therapy a safe place for you to share your fears, insecurities, hopes, and dreams. I will help you find the best solutions to your problems and assist you in incorporating them into your life so that you can become the best "you" you'd like to be as therapy is the best form of self-care.
My therapy approach is collaborative, which means I am an active participant in all sessions. Together we will work to figure out your goals, a plan of action, and how to work on them not only in therapy, but outside.
