One of the things I've found to be very helpful is creating individualized worksheets with my clients for them to use outside of therapy. The worksheets below were created in session and then later adjusted to meet the needs of clients with similar issues. 

For when you think it's the "END OF THE WORLD"

For those of you who always EXPECT the WORSE CASE SCENARIO to happen, which is also known as "CATASTROPHIZING." 

   For when you're freaking out about your "TO DO LIST"

For when you are feeling OVERWHELMED by all that you have to do. Most people think they "SHOULD" or "HAVE TO" do many things that are not necessities, which can cause unneeded stress. This form helps you re-organize your "TO DO" list and in deciding what you actually need to do & what can wait or not be done at all.
